Mitch Nachtigall

Mitch Nachtigall is a seasoned executive with a diverse background encompassing biotechnology, entrepreneurship, and military leadership. Over his 24-year career, Mitch has served as Lieutenant Colonel and Executive Officer to the Adjutant General in the United States military, COO at CellField Technologies which specializes in modular cell culture platforms aimed at revolutionizing drug development for osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis treatments. Founder of PB&J Solutions, a consulting firm focused on enhancing business processes through strategic consulting and technological implementation, and as Director of Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Elevate Rapid City where he spearheaded initiatives to foster startup growth and oversaw the development of a $20M business incubator.

With a BS in Industrial Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, an MA in Business Administration from American Military University, and a Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certified professional, Mitch blends technical expertise with strategic acumen, underscoring his commitment to operational excellence.
