With over 25 years of experience in finance, clean energy, and management consulting, Lu brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record in driving financial strategy, building consensus for sound decision-making, and fostering innovation. Lu holds a BSME and an MBA, obtained through a joint degree program between Columbia Business School and London Business School.

In the early stages of his career, Lu spent a decade at EY, where he worked on financial systems and business transformation projects for Fortune 500 companies and electric utilities. He culminated his tenure at EY by owning a P&L at the US Health and Human Services. Following this, Lu spent the next 15 years in various executive roles for investors, including family offices and hedge funds, as well as COO and CFO positions in earlier-stage companies.

Lu's extensive experience with early-stage growth companies has equipped him with valuable insights and skills. In recent years, he has also taken on the role of a mentor, guiding growth companies through their development phases.
