Bill Brydges

Bill Brydges was one of the original leadership members of bioKinetics, the first bioengineering EPCmV, Turnkey Design/Build firm in the U.S., which quickly became a renowned biopharma project engineering firm. He remained president of Foster-Wheeler Biokinetics after they merged with Foster-Wheeler. His expertise is invaluable in identifying the areas where plant-made pharmaceuticals Op Ex and Cap Ex costs contrast with traditional pharmaceutical production.

 

Bill is an experienced project management professional with a strong track record in leading large-scale engineering, procurement, construction, and validation (EPCV) projects in the biopharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. His experience spans a range of biopharmaceutical projects, including facility expansions, GMP clinical production sites, and pilot plants, with budgets ranging from $16 million to $300 million. His projects include the development of cutting-edge facilities across the globe, including a $100 million biopharmaceutical facility for Eli Lilly in Puerto Rico and a $300 million multiproduct biotechnology facility for Ares Serono in Switzerland.
